Introduction to Bhramari pranayama [beginner’s version]

Practicing Bhramari Pranayama can help to reduce stress, anxiety and anger. Additionally, it has a calming effect on the mind and as a consequence it improves concentration, memory and the quality of sleep. After the practice, it is recommended to lie down in Savasana for 5 to 10 minutes in order to further increase the beneficial effects of the pranayama. Please note that when learning a new pranayama, it is always recommended to do so with the supervision of an experienced yoga teacher.
