Beyond movement, a journey inward.
Yoga, for me, is the art of meeting life’s energy in motion—the vibrant force within us all, waiting to be felt, expressed, and explored. It doesn’t require perfection, or even a teacher, only a willingness to pause and listen.
My own path has been about shedding old patterns, releasing what no longer serves, and discovering the freedom, clarity, and balance that come with it. When we recognize our blind spots, space opens—for healing, growth, and a deeper connection to ourselves.
Through my yoga classes, workshops, and guided meditation sessions, I invite you into this same inner exploration. Together, we turn inward, attuning to the ever-present life force that is here, now, alive in every breath.
With love,
Magdi

Journey Into Presence
I’m a RYT-500 Yoga Alliance teacher, offering yoga classes in English and French, and happy to answer questions in Hungarian, German, or Spanish. I teach in the North of the Vendée, France, welcoming both beginners and experienced practitioners.
My yoga classes range from 60 to 75 minutes, depending on the session, and include Yin Yoga, dynamic (Yang) Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and guided meditation. The classes blend breath, movement, and stillness—starting with meditation or Pranayama, flowing through postures, and ending with deep relaxation.
I teach from a functional and accessible perspective, offering adaptations for all experience levels and abilities. Every practice is an invitation to explore your body, calm your mind, and connect with your inner energy—making each session a holistic experience of mindfulness, healing, and well-being.
The Pathless Path That Found Me
My yoga journey began in Darmstadt, Germany, in 2010. Over the next few years—and across several countries—life offered me a gift: the space not just to practice, but to explore teaching. This is when my yoga ritual became more intentional, more regular, weaving its way into the fabric of my daily life, both on and off the mat.
Those years also marked the start of a deeper learning process—a journey of subtle growth, where practice shifted in intensity, and my focus evolved across the many layers of yoga. Each stage brought new insights, new challenges, and a richer connection to both the practice and to myself.
With a focus on turning inward through breathwork, yoga postures, and meditation, our classes highlight the contemplative aspects of yoga, supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being for all experience levels.
